Ordering & Customization
Q: How do I place an order for a custom ring or pendant of Fan Chain?
A: Simply fill out our custom order form, selecting your preferred details, and submit your request. Our team will review it and confirm the design with you before production begins.
Q: Can I see a proof of my design before it’s made?
A: Yes! We provide a digital mockup of your custom piece for approval before production.
Q: What if I want a design that isn’t listed in the options?
A: We will do our best to accommodate your vision. However, some details may need adjustments due to the intricate manufacturing process.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much do custom rings, pendants and fan chains cost?
A: Our custom championship rings are $40 per ring for team orders (15 ring/chain minimum). We offer lower pricing for larger orders. If you only need 1-2 rings we can work with you as well, just reach out for a quote!
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: Yes! The more you order, the better the price per piece. You will be pleasantly surprised!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept credit/debit cards and online payments. Payment plans may be available for larger orders.
Production & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Custom orders typically take 5-6 weeks for production and shipping. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We ship worldwide. Additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply.
Quality & Warranty
Q: What materials do you use in your rings, pendants and fan gear?
A: We use high-quality metals and stones, including plated gold, silver, and premium cubic zirconia, depending on your selection. In regards to the fan gear/chains we use PVC foam which is sturdy but light-weight so you can sport your bling in style without hurting your back!
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return or exchange my custom ring or pendant?
A: Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
