At Champion Sports Rings, every ring and pendant is custom-made to celebrate your achievements. Because our products are personalized and crafted to your specifications, all sales are final. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Once an order is placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

Order Approval & Accuracy

Before production, we provide a digital proof of your design for approval. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review all details, including spelling, logos, colors, and sizes. Once approved, the design will be sent into production, and no further changes can be made.

Manufacturing Process & Variations

While we strive for perfection, slight variations in color, stone placement, and engraving may occur due to the manufacturing process. These minor differences do not qualify for refunds or remakes. Rest assured, our team works diligently to ensure your final product meets the highest quality standards.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and determine an appropriate resolution. Damage due to normal wear and tear, improper handling, or customer misuse is not covered.
