1. Order Processing & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full before we begin production and shipping.
• Custom championship rings and pendants require a production time before shipping. Production timelines will be provided at the time of order.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. Shipping times vary depending on location and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are:

• Standard Shipping
• Expedited Shipping

Note: Production time is separate from shipping time. Please account for both when placing your order.

3. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.
• International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking & Delivery

• Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Champion Sports Rings is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
• If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at info@championsportsrings.com
• We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery but will assist in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.

6. International Shipping

• We ship worldwide! However, international shipping times vary based on location and customs processing.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

7. Changes to Shipping Address

• If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible.
• Address changes can only be made before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify the delivery location.
